Orders must be placed using a ESCO Bioengineering catalog number.
 
Product Warranties
We warrant all consumable products manufactured by ESCO Bioengineering to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If our products do not meet these criteria, we will replace the defective products as long as they are returned to ESCO Bioengineering within 30 days of the invoice date. 
We warrants all non-consumable products manufactured by ESCO Bioengineering to be operated in normal function for one year. We will repair or replace the defective products within the warranted period.
In no event shall the seller be liable for loss of use or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but limited to consequential damages for personal injuries. The parties expressly agree that this disclamer shall remain in effect in the event that buyers sole and exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.
 
100% Satisfaction Policies
To ensure customer's satisfactory in our products, ESCO Bioengineering has a 100%SatisfactionPolicy for ESCOs BelloStage-3000, GlucCell meter equipment products.  Please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date before the returning of our product.  A minimum 30% charge will be applied to all products returned, which is not due to manufacturing defects. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
 
RETURN POLICIES
ESCO Bioengineering has a No Return Policy for all consumable products which are not due to manufacturing defects. Those consumable products including BelloCell series products, TideCell series products, BioNOC II carriers, and GlucCell glucose strips.     No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To maintain traceability and product quality, products that leave our facility are never restocked or resold.
 
Documentation and Traceability
We assure full traceability of products manufactured by ESCO Bioengineering. Product Certification is available and must be requested at order placement.
 
Regulatory Affairs Issue
ESCO Bioengineering manufactures all products under ISO9001 and by following strictly the cGMP guideline. Each product has to be pass extensive quality control process before releasing into market.
 
100%Virginmaterials
All plastic products manufactured by ESCO Bioengineering are manufactured from 100% virgin raw materials and colorants. No contaminants regrind, mold release or other additives are added under any circumstances.
