 The LOW SERUM-VIRUS Production Package (LSVPP) is a combination solution for upstream cell culture process package that enables customers to quickly transfer their research work with establish virus strain into mass production.  The package includes Super Plus serum replacement for various kind of mammalian cells, bioreactor from small to large scale (single-use or autoclavable), carriers, automatic seed preparation system, and relative protocols, documents and expertise service to shorten customer's time on process development and biological product manufacture.   Customers could use their original basal culture medium but just reduce the serum percentage by replacing with Super Plus serum substitute.  Various kind of cell lines such as BHK-21, ST, MARC 145, MRC 5, VERO, MDCK, CHO, HEK-293, PK-15 have been successfully demonstrated in this system.  Generally 80 to 95% serum could be replaced by Super Plus serum subsititutes.
